1. Definitions

"User": Any individual or entity accessing or using the Winterline AI Research platform.
"Content": All case studies, research materials, data, and other information available on the Winterline AI Research platform.
"Submission": Any case study, data, or material submitted by a User to Winterline AI Research for inclusion in the repository.

2. Access and Use

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial research and educational purposes.

User-submitted data may be subject to takedown or review requests in accordance with GDPR.

7. Limitation of Liability

Winterline AI Research shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the platform or Content.
